Solidarity Action: Taking Care of Our People Beyond the Company

On March 15, 2025, we paid a visit to our employees who had received food parcels, with the aim of supporting those in situations of social vulnerability. Accompanied by the social worker, we visited their homes, listening to their stories and difficulties.

Maria, one of the beneficiaries, commented: “The basket arrived at a difficult time, and the company's support makes all the difference. I know I can count on the social worker when I need her.” The employee said: “In addition to the basket, the emotional support I receive from the company is essential for my family.”

This action reflects our commitment to the well-being of our employees, showing that care goes beyond the workplace, creating an environment of solidarity and ongoing support.

This gesture of empathy and solidarity reaffirms that the company is not only concerned with the professional development of its employees, but also with the human side, providing support and creating an environment of care and trust.
